Summary: Howard University emphasizes the pursuit of truth, knowledge, and student development within a safe and orderly environment. The University's rules and regulations are based on core values such as honesty, integrity, responsibility, and respect. All students, including those in various programs and living arrangements, are expected to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct. Violations are reported to the Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards. Students are responsible for knowing and following University policies, including the Code, the Academic Code of Conduct, and the Title IX Policy, as a condition of their enrollment.
