Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Policy Notice

In accordance with federal law, Howard University (HU) has adopted policies consistent with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989. Our Policy prohibits the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of any controlled substance or illicit drug by students, faculty, and staff on or off University property or as a part of campus activities.
