Summary: Howard University accepts credits from regionally accredited postsecondary institutions. Students must submit their official college transcript via mail (not preferred) or through an e-transcript system (e.g. Parchment, or the National Student Clearinghouse.) This policy describes the undergraduate and graduate credit transfer policy.
