Summary: The intent of this Policy is to promote objectivity in research by establishing standards to prevent bias resulting from financial conflicts of interest, or the appearance of such bias, in the design, conduct, and reporting of a sponsored project. The Policy outlines the requirements of conflict of interest disclosure so that potential conflicts can be identified, managed, reduced or eliminated.
