Summary:  It is the policy of Howard University (“the University”) to establish and implement safety and security-related parameters applicable to members of the Howard University community at all University campuses and premises to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998”, more commonly referred to as the “Clery Act”.
